Welcome to the Vocation Stories podcast! We are so glad that you have found us and we look forward to sharing with you as we all walk this journey of faith together. On this podcast, we will be highlighting stories of individuals and leaders who are at many different stages of discerning their vocations and sharing homilies and other messages from leaders in the Catholic church for the benefit of listeners.

One example of this practical application is this brief homily by a diocesan vocation director in Evansville, Indiana. He draws from Mark 1:14-20, the account of Jesus calling a few of his disciples to leave their fishing boats and follow him. While many people may have assumed that there was more to the story than the calling and the following, what if it really was that easy? It is true that life is not always crystal clear and there may be several variables in every life decision, it really could be as simple as: leave everything and follow Jesus to your vocation.

Topics Covered in this Episode:
• Discerning your vocation
• Following Jesus
• Becoming a better version of yourself
